Terms of service

AnaAI by SmartAIGlobal is an AI admin assistant on Telegram, operated by Smart AI Global. It helps the account owner sort mail, read the day on the calendar, and prepare drafts and briefings. These terms cover use of that service.

The assistant is for the account owner. Access is by invitation from Smart AI Global.

You connect your own Telegram chat and, if you choose, your Google mailboxes. You can disconnect a mailbox at any time. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for the instructions you give the assistant.

Nothing is sent without your approval. The assistant prepares drafts and suggestions for you. It does not send email or change your calendar on its own.

Use the assistant for your own administration. Do not use it to break the law, to harm someone, or to access an account you do not have permission to use.

Do not try to bypass the approval step, probe the service, or interfere with other people’s data.

How we handle Telegram messages, Google account data, and the other information the assistant uses is set out in the privacy policy. Google data is used only to provide the assistant to the account owner. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generalized AI models.

The service is provided as it is available. Features can change, and we may pause or stop the assistant, including where a connection expires or a limit is reached. AI output can be wrong. You decide what to send and what to rely on.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

To the extent the law allows, Smart AI Global is not liable for loss that comes from using the assistant, or from a draft, briefing, or suggestion you choose to act on. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

You can stop using the assistant at any time, disconnect Google, and ask us to delete your information. We can end or suspend access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the service. How to ask for deletion is in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
